Tereza Jakubíková, operating under the pseudonym Tereza Jacob, Company ID: 07095376, with registered address Želízy 149, Liběchov 277 21, operating as a sole trader, processes the personal data you provide to me when making a purchase or communicating with me.
What Data I Process
I process only the necessary personal data: your name, email address, delivery/billing address, and order details.
If you place an order via email or Instagram, I process the data you provide through those channels.
Why I Need This Data
I use your personal data for the following purposes:

Who Has Access to the Data
Your data is shared only with parties who assist me in providing my services—such as my accountant, shipping provider (TOP Trans), and payment gateway provider (Stripe). All such parties process personal data in compliance with GDPR.
How Long I Store the Data
Accounting records must be stored for 10 years as required by law.
Other personal data is stored for a maximum of 5 years, primarily for handling potential claims or complaints.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz) if you believe your data is not being handled properly.
